  YOU HEARD CORRECT, FREE Womens Self Defense Party Coming In 2013.  The Adamson Brothers Jiu Jitsu Academy has teamed up with Faces International to bring Clatsop County its first Free Womens Self Defense party to raise awareness and donations to help fight against human trafficking.  This is going to be a very popular event especially since its going to be just the ladies only!  Womens self defense parties and workshops typically feature high level guest instructors as well as a laid back environment, but you will also always have an oppurtunity to apply your new found skills if you choose to do so.  That’s one reason so many women report feeling a sense of empowerment after attending a womens self defense event.

This particular womens self defense event will feature special announcements from local experts, one on one guided instruction of real life self defense scenarios.  You will learn new ways of using your body and mind to protect you and your loved ones.  This party will also include refreshments, friendly staff to show you around and answer your questions and even a raffle at the end where you could win 6 months of FREE classes in our Womens Fitness Boot Camp 101 or our Womens Self Defense Classes.  We will also have two or more trained female coaches that are fully trained in womens self defense techniques and on hand to assist you if you decide you want to jump in on the fun.  Learning womens self defense has many benefits other then just punching and kicking.  You will also have less stress, more energy, maintain a healthy body fat percentage, build muscle, make friends and gain an all around healthy lifestyle.
