Clatsop County Community Service Event!

“Donate Your Change To Be The Change!” 

Faces International and The Seaside Jiu Jitsu Academy are teaming up to curb international trafficking as we know it.  The funds from this campaign will be allocated for the 2016 Olympics in Rio De Janeiro, Brazil.  This will be the second time Faces International and The Adamson Bros have worked together, in the past they teamed up for a Womens Self Defense Seminar that was free for all local community members.  All donations went directly to the prevention of sex trafficking.  There was nearly 30 women in attendance who all came together to learn more about personal safety and awareness.  This event raised roughly $250 and allowed women to network and learn practical self defense in a fun and safe environment  In the photo/news clipping below you can see all the women who came together for this special community service event.

Seaside Free Womens Self Defense Party

This was the first event of its kind and Faces International, based out of Astoria Oregon is very keen on moving forward on these sorts of projects,  “We’re always hunting for ways we can team up with local organizations to make a positive impact on the community we live in!”  Says Coach Zach Adamson.  This summers change campaign will be county wide and consist of change bins being located a several local businesses so customers can donate after a purchase.
