Happy Black Friday Everyone! Hope you ladies are enjoying time with friends and family and surviving your turkey hangovers! Don’t get too down on yourself for the surplus calories eaten yesterday, rather let it be a good motivator to get in and push yourself that much more this next week in class!
We would really like to further the interaction among our women’s community, so we need YOUR help! Foster communication, suggestions, and ideas by posting on the Ultra Fit Blog so we can offer better information that would help you accomplish your training goals. Remember, it’s a team effort so its always easier to see progress with others’ support!
Also, it’s a great time to start thinking of short and long term goals for the new year. We all know how difficult it can be to implement those “new year resolutions” without properly planning how to approach those goals in advance. We will soon be providing some information on how to identify differences in short/long term goals and how to make steps towards accomplishing them. In the mean time be thinking of what some goals may look like for you.

Nutrition tip: An easy way to start detoxifying yourself from all those extra calories is to sip on lemon water throughout the day. Lemon is a natural liver detoxifier with lots of Vitamin C (increasing immunity) and can help aid your body in the metabolization process!
